• A renowned multinational bank approached us to carry out a Gap Analysis and Risk assessment for its Credit Risk Management system.
• The assignment covered the credit risk activities of their primary verticals as registered under Central Bank of Bahrain

• Our team of industry experts leveraged our existing assets (CBB guidelines, Interview questionnaires, templates, and reporting required) to identify key areas of risk.
• We understood the client requirements in detail and led the feasibility study which helped developed a framework to analyse the operations to narrow down the gaps in their operations.
• We also conducted working sessions with the client to help modify the policies and procedure to their specific needs.
